Eligibility & Age Restriction

6.1 Bet Acceptance

Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Closure by the User
You may request the closure of your 268winbd account at any time by contacting the support team at support@268winbd. Where you have an outstanding balance at the time of closure, you should withdraw your funds before submitting the closure request. 268winbd will process account closures within a reasonable period and will confirm closure by email to the registered address.
8.2 Suspension or Closure by 268winbd
268winbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that one or more of the following circumstances apply:
- The account holder is under 18 years of age.
- The account holder has violated any provision of these Terms.
- The account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
- The account holder has provided false or misleading registration information.
- KYC verification has not been completed within the required timeframe.
- The account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months with a zero balance.
- Closure is required to comply with applicable law, regulatory guidance, or a request from a competent authority.
8.3 Effect of Closure
Upon closure of an account, any bonus funds or free-bet credits outstanding at the time of closure will be forfeited. Any verified cash balance held in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the user via the most recent verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided the balance was not accrued through prohibited conduct.
8.4 Self-Exclusion
